Another word I’ve learned to spell through food blogging: cappuccino. The minute I saw the recipe for these in the July 2009 issue of bon appétit (there’s another word), I knew I needed to make these.
Cappuccino Brownies are espresso brownies topped with a white chocolate ganache and sprinkled with cinnamon. Need I write more?
You can find the recipe HERE.
Brownies are my favorite, I love the way you jazzed these up!
Gorgeous picture! These look amazing!
*drooling* Must. Make. And have WITH coffee.
gorgeous shot of those little masterpieces!
OH! NO! You don’t… I’ll remember the mini lesson!
These look pretty darn good… and anything with coffee just makes me salivate!
Oh my goodness, those look fantastic!
Those look absolutely wonderful – dense and fudgy and did you say coffee? SOLD!
Every picture tells a story and these brownies look sensational with their white froffy topping
I saw these too and they are on my baking to-do list. Your’s look super cute!

LOL – I still spell cappuccino wrongly half the time – case in point – my tiramisu cake posts. What gorgeous brownies!!!
nope, you needn’t!
(thanks for the preview…I’m going to go rip the page out right now!) (I mean RIGHT now.)
You meanie – posting brownies? Now I simply must add them to the ever growing queue for the brownie project!
Wendy, these brownies look chocolaty, fudgy and delicious. Yum! I bet the white chocolate ganache offered a great contrast to the bitterness in the espresso and chocolate. Great job!
I love how this is short and sweet, but stills conveys everything we need to know.
They look tasty!
Wow! I love the white topping!
Mmm, those look oddly familiar, LOL. Are they similar to the Katharine Hepburn brownies in taste?
They look great!
I love anything with coffee! I could use some of this right now!
Oh mercy. Thanks for the link to the recipe. I am definitely gonna have to make these.
Michelle
I can’t wait to make these!!
Oh no, not ANOTHER irresistible brownie recipe
Hmm, like I need another brownie idea, but these look insanely good! I need to stop coming here or I’ll never be able to leave the kitchen.
Nope, cappuccino brownies speak for themselves
They look delicious and moist, very cute too with their little icing foam!
Have a lovely weekend!
Oh, boy, another brownie recipe to add to my list of ones to try.
As for me, I have always been having problems with the words prosciutto. Your brownies look delicious!
Good heavens. They look positively sinful! Better send one here.
They do say a picture is worth a thousand words, so I think you didn’t have to say more because that picture is awesome!
I don’t “do” coffee stuff of any kind, but yumaliciously cute and good lookin’ these are!
