Ice Cream Flavor of the Week: Vanilla Frozen Yogurt with Honey Crunch Granola

I made my first frozen yogurt this week and it was very simple–just 3 ingredients. Once again the recipes are from The Pefect Scoop. Instead of buying cereal, I’ve been making homemade granola for awhile now. It’s so fun and easy to make.

Vanilla Frozen Yogurt

  • 3 cups yogurt (I used Fage Total. I suppose you could use the nonfat, but why? :P )
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix all the ingredients together, refrigerate for an hour, and then pour into ice cream maker.
